앙리 르페브르의 리듬분석에 기반한 조직진단 모형 연구

A study on organizational diagnosis model based on Henri Lefebvre s rhythm analysis

현재 조직과 조직문화를 진단하는 모형과 도구는 경영학과 조직심리학에서 제공하는 모델이 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 학문적 접근이 지니는 이론적 토대는 조직을 하나의 작은 사회로 인식하여 조직을 구조와 시스템으로 파악하는데 기초한다. 본 연구는 이러한 기존의 조직진단 패러다임에 새로운 접근방식을 제시한다. 최근에는 조직을 재현조직으로 파악하는 시도, 조직을 리듬과 같은 뿌리조직으로 파악하는 시도, 조직을 의례로 파악하는 시도 등 다양한 인문학적 접근이 조직진단에서 확산되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 앙리 르페브르의 리듬분석의 사회이론모델을 조직이론 및 조직진단 모델로 채택하고자 한다. 앙리 르페브르의 리듬분석의 개념적 기제는 끊임없이 유동하는 사회의 양상을 간파하기 위해 시공간성 속의 일상을 들여다보고 해석하고 그 차이를 자각하여 창조적 혁신을 꾀하는 우리의 일상 곳곳에서 우리의 삶이 되어가는 다양한 조직과 물질의 흐름 등을 파악할 수 있는 무한한 가능성을 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 리듬분석이 실체적 분석으로서의 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는데 최종적 목표를 두고 리듬분석에 대한 광범위한 이론적 검토, 조직의 일상생활에의 리듬이 가지는 양상 파악, 마지막으로 조직의 분위기를 진단하는데 방법론적 모형을 제공할 수 있도록 단계와 절차를 고안하고자 한다. 연구의 결과 조직의 문화를 창조적으로 혁신하고 역량 강화의 목표를 달성시킬 수 있는지에 대한 교육학적 함의와 기대효도 구상해 볼 수 있을 것이다.

For the model and tool which diagnose current organization and organizational culture, the main model is provided by organizational psychology in department of business administration. A theoretical foundation of the academic approach recognizes organization as one small society and is based to grasp organization by structure and system. This research suggests new approaching method to existing paradigm of organizational diagnosis. Recently, various humanistic approaches such as trial to grasp organization as reappearance organization, trial to grasp organization as root organization such as rhythm, trial to grasp organization as rite, etc. are spread in organizational diagnosis. Therefore, this research intends to adopt social theory model of Henri Lefebvre s rhythm analysis as a model of organizational model and organizational diagnosis. Conceptual mechanism of rhythm analysis which is to observe and interpret spatio-temporal daily life, realize the differences and promote creative innovation so as to penetrate social tendency changed continuously has unlimited possibilities to grasp the stream of various individuals, organizations and materials which are becoming our lives at all corners of our daily lives. Therefore, the final purpose of this research is to let rhythm analysis display its functions of substantive analysis and it intends to devise stages and procedure so as to provide methodological model for broad theoretical examination of rhythm analysis, grasping of rhythm tendency in organization s daily life based on the Henri Lefebvre s rhythm analysis and diagnosis of organizational atmosphere.
