여성건강간호학 임상실습 후 간호대학생의 전문직자아개념, 임상실습만족도, 임상실습스트레스, 임상수행능력에 관한 연구

A Study on Professional Self-Concept, Clinical Practice Satisfaction, Clinical Practice Stress, Clinical Performance Ability of Nursing College Students after Women Health Nursing Clinical Practice

본 연구는 대학부속병원이 없는 간호대학생을 대상으로 여성건강간호학 임상실습 후 전문직자아개념과 임상실습만족도, 임상실습스트레스, 임상수행능력에 대해 알아보고 이들 간의 관계를 파악하여 체계적이고 효과적인 여성건강간호학 임상실습의 기초자료로 제공하고자 실시한 서술적조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 6개 대학 간호학과 3, 4학년 학생 197명을 대상으로 2017년 11월 13일부터 12월 10일까지 구조화된 설문지로 자료 수집하였으며, SPSS/WIN 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도가 높을수록 전문직자아개념이 높고 임상실습스트레스가 감소하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 임상수행능력 또한 향상되었다. 임상실습스트레스는 건강상태, 거주지, 대학생활과 학과전공 만족도, 임상실습만족도, 임상실습 시 어려운 인간관계, 실습지 선정 시 학생의견 반영에서 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서 여성건강간호학 임상실습의 활성화를 위해서는 지속적인 산학협의 활동을 통해 임상실습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 방안 및 임상스트레스 감소 프로그램을 개발하여 이를 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between professional self concept and clinical practice satisfaction, clinical practice stress, and clinical performance after women health nursing clinical practice. This is a narrative research study to provide basic data. The subjects were 197 nursing students from 6 nursing departments of the university and analyzed the data by structured questionnaires from November 13 to December 10, 2017 using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. The results showed that the higher the satisfaction of the clinical practice of the nursing students, the higher the professional self concept and the clinical practice stress decreased, and the clinical performance was also improved. Clinical practice stress was found to be significant in health status, residence, college life, department major, clinical practice satisfaction, difficult human relations in clinical practice. Therefore, in order to activate the clinical practice of women health nursing, it is necessary to develop a program and a clinical stress reduction program to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice through continuous industry-academy consultation activities.
