대규모 행사 시 교통대책 수립 방법 및 사례 연구

Study on the Method and Case of Traffic Measures in Special Events

대규모 행사로 인해 발생하고 있는 교통 혼잡, 교통안전 등의 문제를 완화하기 위해서는 교통 분석 및 교통대책 수립이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성공적인 행사 개최를 지원하는데 필요한 대규모 행사 시 교통대책 수립과 관련한 연구를 수행하였다. 교통대책 수립이 필요한 대규모 행사를 문헌조사를 통해 정의하고 분류하였으며 교통대책 수립에 필요한 절차와 각 단계별 분석방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 대규모 행사를 정의하고 분류하였으며 교통대책 수립절차를 분석범위설정 → 교통현황조사 및 분석 → 여유용량 산정 → 대책수립의 단계로 제시하고 각 단계별 구체적인 방법론을 제안하였다. 그리고 본 연구결과를 통해 수립된 대규모 행사 시 교통대책 수립 절차 및 방법을 적용하여 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 사례 연구 결과 기존 교통시설의 여유용량의 부족에 의한 교통문제를 예측할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 다양한 유형의 대규모 행사에 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

In case of special events, it is necessary to analysis of traffic and establishment of traffic measure in order to facilitate the event. this study evaluated traffic measures to improve traffic safety and traffic convenience of participants to support the successful hosting of special events. special events were defined from the literature and research on overseas cases. in addition, special events were classified in detail according to the event types and number of event participants. the procedures and methods for establishing traffic measures were presented as analysis scope setting → traffic situation investigation and analysis → extra capacity calculation → establishment of traffic measures. results of this study are expected to be very useful for special events. in addition, a case study was carried out by applying procedures and methods for establishing traffic measures for special events which was established through this study. The case study found that can be predict traffic problems caused by the lack of extra capacity of the existing infrastructure. The results of this study are considered to be applicable to special events in various types.
