스포츠산업 지속성을 위한 지역 스포츠단체 윤리경영 제도 정착에 대한 조사 연구

The Study on the Establishment of Local Sports Organizations Ethical Management System for the Sustainability of Sports Industry

본 연구는 국내 스포츠 산업 문화 확산과 지속적 성장을 위해 최근 주목받고 있는 스포츠 윤리경영이 스포츠 산업에 있어 풀뿌리 역할을 하고 있는 지방자치단체의 스포츠 단체 측면에서 어떻게 인식되고 적용되고 있는지를 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 지역 스포츠단체들의 범위를 OOOO지역 스포츠 단체로 한정하고 스포츠단체들의 정관 및 공개자료 등을 통한 문헌연구와 윤리경영 담당자를 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 중앙 체육단체들의 체육 산업 육성을 위한 자정노력이 진행되고 많은 시간이 지났음에도 불구하고 지역 체육단체들은 윤리경영에 대한 인식 부족으로 제도적 정착과 평가, 보상 체계 미흡 등 아직까지 윤리경영에 대한 적극적 실천이 부족한 것을 볼 수 있었다. 국내 스포츠 산업의 지속적 육성을 위해서는 중앙단체 뿐만 아니라 지방단체들에 대한 사회적책임에 대한 목적이 명확하게 설정되고, 지원할 수 있도록 중앙단체들의 노력이 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 지역 체육단체들의 윤리경영 반영을 위해 형식적인 비전 제시와 강령제정이 아니라 좀 더 구체적, 현실적, 효율적 관리 및 감사에 대한 시스템의 필요성 교육이 사전에 철저히 준비되어야 할 것이다.

This study investigated the empirical ethics awareness among local sports organizations in the sports industry domestic cultural diffusion and sustainable growth. To this end, the scope of regional sports organizations was limited to OOOO regional sports organizations. The results of the in-depth interviews with the ethics management personnel and the literature study through the articles of association and the public information of each sports organization are as follows. A lot of time has passed since mid-term efforts to nurture the athletic industry of central sports organizations. However, local sports organizations lacked awareness of ethical management, lacked institutional settlement and evaluation, insufficient compensation system, and actively practiced ethical management.The purpose of social responsibility for local organizations should be clearly defined for sustainable upbringing of the sports industry. It should also be accompanied by support from central organizations. For this purpose, it is necessary to educate the necessity of system for realistic, practical and efficient management and auditing in order to reflect the ethical management of local sports organizations.
