장애인근로자 고용의 질 건강상태 생활만족도 간 종단적 영향 관계 분석

Analysis of the Longitudinal Impact of Quality of Employment, Health Status, and Life Satisfaction of workers with disabilities

이 연구는 시간의 변화에 따른 고용의 질 변화와 건강상태 그리고 생활만족도 간 어떠한 영향관계가있는지 알아보고 각 변수 간 영향관계에서 건강상태가 고용의 질과 생활만족도 사이에 매개역할을 하는지와 그에 따른 영향력은 어떠한지를 검증하여 장애인근로자의 고용의 질, 건강상태, 그리고 생활만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 자료 및 표본은 장애인고용패널조사 5∼8차 자료를 이용하였고, 네 시점 모두 같은 직장에 근로한 임금근로자 313명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 이상의 절차를 토대로 도출한 연구 결론은 다음과 같다첫째, 장애인근로자 고용의 질, 건강상태, 생활만족도는 시간 흐름에 따라 큰 변화는 없는 것으로나타났다. 그러나 변화율의 분산은 통계적으로 유의하여 개인 간 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 고용의 질, 건강상태, 생활만족도 간 종단적 영향력을 분석한 결과 고용의 질 초기치가 높을수록 건강상태 초기치가 높았으며 고용의 질 변화율은 건강상태 변화율에 유의한 정적관계를 나타내었다. 고용의 질과 생활만족도 간 관계에서는 고용의질 초기치는 생활만족도 초기치에 통계적으로 유의한 정적관계가 있었으나 고용의 질 초기치와 변화율은 생활만족도 변화율에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 또한, 건강상태 초기치가 높을수록 생활만족도 초기치가 높았으며 건강상태 변화율은 생활만족도 변화율에 통계적으로 유의한 정적관계를 나타내었다. 다변량 잠재성장 모형의 매개효과에서는 고용의 질 변화율에서 생활만족도 변화율로 가는 직접효과는 유의하지 않았으나 건강상태 변화율을 매개로 생활만족도 변화율에 영향을 미치는 간접효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 여구 결과를 토대로 이 연구에서는 장애인근로자 고용의 질, 건강상태, 생활만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적 방향성을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the quality of employment and the health status and life satisfaction according to the changes of time and to investigate whether the health status mediaties the relationship between quality of life and life satisfaction, This study proposed measures to improve the quality of employment, health status, and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities. The study analyzed the data from and samples used the 5th to 8th Survey on the Disability Employment Panel. The 313 workers who are in one job at all four time points from 5th to 8th survey. The conclusion of the study based on the above procedure is as follows. First, the quality of employment, health status and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities showed no significant change with time. However, the variance of the rate of change was statistically significant and there were individual differences. Second, as the initial level of quality of employment was higher, the initial level of health status was higher and the level of quality change rate of employment showed a statistically significant relationship with the rate of change of health status. In the relationship between employment quality and life satisfaction, there was a statistically significant relationship between the initial value of employment quality and the initial level of life satisfaction was found while, the initial value and the rate of change of employment did not affect the rate of change of life satisfaction. In addition, the higher the initial health status, the higher the initial level of life satisfaction and the statistically significant relationship between the rate of change of health status and the rate of life satisfaction. In the mediating effect of the multivariate latent growth model, the direct effect of the change in quality of life on the rate of change in life satisfaction was not significant, but the indirect effect on the rate of change in life satisfaction through the rate of change in health status was significant. Based on the above results, this study discussed the policy direction to improve the quality of employment, health status, and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities.
