사례회의 운영을 통한 보호작업장의 개별화직업재활계획 수립에 대한 실행연구

The Meanings Founded in The Whole Process of Establishing Individualized Plan for Employment by Operating Case-Conference in a Sheltered Workshop

이 연구의 목적은 어느 보호작업장에서 사례회의 운영을 통해 개별화직업재활계획을 수립하고 실행하는 과정을 살펴봄으로써 향후 개인 중심의 직업재활서비스 제공을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 보호작업장 관계자, 전문가, 연구자가 참여한 사례회의와 개별화직업재활계획의 수립 및 실행과정에 대하여 협력적 실행연구를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 포괄적 분석 절차를 통해분석하였다. 연구 결과, ‘사례회의, 옷장에서 꺼내다’, ‘보호작업장에 생태학적 교육과정을’, ‘직업재활계획에서 생애지원계획으로’의 3개 상위범주와 6개 하위범주, 24개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 사례회의는 개별화직업재활계획 수립·적용의 절차를 계획하고 점검하는 과정에서 여러 구성원의 전문성이 종합되는 도구이자시스템으로 기능하였으며, 생태학적 교육과정은 사업적인 측면과 직업재활을 동시에 고려해야 하는 보호작업장의 현실을 개선할 수 있는 대안으로 제시되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 개인 중심의직업재활서비스를 실천하는 데 있어서 사례회의의 중요성, 구성원의 역할, 네트워크 구축의 필요성 등을시사점으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the meanings founded in the process of establishing Individualized Plan for Employment by operating case-conference and to provide an implication for implement a person-centered vocational rehabilitation. Action research is applied to achieve the objects of the study. The case-conference members consists of an executive of the sheltered workshop, vocational rehabilitation teacher, professor who majored vocational rehabilitation of autism spectrum, professor who majored applied behavior, and the researcher. The process of establishing Individualized Plan for Employment had been checked and modified during seven times of case-conference, and the researcher, who is as participant and cooperator of the action process, had participated in the research place to collect the data which was analyzed by an inductive method. As a result, 3 upper classes were categorized: (1) take a case-conference out of a closet, (2) throw an ecological curriculum in the world of vocational rehabilitation, and (3) read an Individualized Plan for Employment as a individualized support plan for vocation. These three upper classes has 6 of middle class and 24 of meaning units. The conclusions are as follows. First, the case-conference plays an important role of implementing the case-management. Second, There should be a flexibility in the process of establishing an Individualized Plan for Employment so it could cover overall life of workers with disabilities as well as their vocational needs. Lastly, Individualized Plan for Employment should focus on the quality of life of workers by providing a support that meets their needs.
