장애인재활복지에 있어서 장애인 당사자의 인권 및 처우에 대해서는 다양한 연구와 실행방안이 마련되고 있다. 그러나 장애인재활전문가의 인권과 처우에 대한 연구는 전무하다. 장애인재활서비스를 제공하는 장애인재활전문가들의 인권 및 처우개선은 결국 이용인의 재활서비스의 질적 향상으로 이어진다. 그러므로 본 연구의 목적은 장애인재활전문가의 인권 및 처우에 대한 실태를 파악하여, 장애인과 서비스제공자인 장애인재활전문가 모두의 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안의 기초자료를 제공함에 있다. 또한감정노동자의 생생한 체험적 경험에 대한 양적연구의 한계를 극복하고자 본 연구는 질적 연구로 연구참여자들이 공통적인 현상에 관하여 무엇을 경험하고 영향을 준 맥락이나 상황은 무엇인가 상세한 기술과 체계적인 절차에 의해 자료를 분석하는 초월론적 현상학적 사례연구방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 6가지 질문을 통해 다양한 문제를 도출하였으며 궁극적으로 장애인재활전문가의 인권문제보다 처우개선이 시급하다는 결론에 이르게 되었다.
In the rehabilitation welfare of persons with disabilities, various research and implementation plans are being prepared for human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists for the disable. However, there are no studies on human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists for people with disabilities. Improvement of the human rights and labor conditions of rehabilitation specialists for people with disabilities providing disabled rehabilitation services leads to quality improvement of the rehabilitation service of the users. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic data on how to improve the life satisfaction of disabled people and rehabilitation specialists, who are disabled people and service providers, by understanding the human rights and treatment of disabled rehabilitation specialists. In order to overcome the limitations of quantitative research on emotional worker s vivid experiential experience, this study aims to overcome the limitations of quantitative research on emotional workers The phenomenological case study method was used to analyze data. In this study, six questions were used to elucidate various problems, and ultimately it was concluded that the treatment of persons with disabilities was more urgent than the human rights problems of disabled persons.
