산재근로자의 원직장 복귀 후 지속적인 고용유지를 위한 데이터 마이닝 기반의 주요 요인 및 패턴 도출 연구

Job Maintenance for Industrial Disaster Workers after Returning to Pre-injury Job: Finding Important Factors and Patterns Using Data Mining Techniques

본 연구에서는 제3차 산재보험패널 데이터에 다차원 분석이 용이한 데이터 마이닝 기법 중 하나인 의사결정나무 알고리즘을 적용하여 원직장 복귀 후 고용유지에 영향을 주는 요인들과 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 직장 복귀 이후의 안정적인 고용유지는 산재근로자의 성공적인 직장복귀에 필수적인 요소임에도 불구하고 직장 복귀에 비해 현재 고용유지를 위한 노력과 관심은 부족한 실정이며, 직장 복귀 측면에서 산재로 인한 요양 종결 이후 산재이전에 근무했던 원직장으로 복귀하는 것은 타직장으로 복귀하는 것에 비해 산재근로자에게 양질의 근로조건을 제공해 줄 수 있다고 판단된다. 분석결과, 최종 11개 변수들이 원직장 복귀 후 고용유지에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들인 것으로 나타났으며, 최종 12개의 고용유지 관련 패턴이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 원직장 복귀 후고용유지에 영향을 주는 요인들과 요인들 간 관계를 파악하기 위해 고용유지에 영향을 줄 것으로여겨지는 다양한 변수들을 고려하였다는 점과 고용유지에 도움을 주는 패턴들을 도출하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 향후 도출된 패턴들은 원직장에 복귀한 산재근로자의 고용을 지속적으로유지하기 위한 방안 수립에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to identify factors influencing the stable sustenance of employment after returning to the previous job and the relationships between the factors based on the data mining technique using the third injured workers’ compensation insurance panel data. Although a stable sustenance of employment after returning to a pre-injury job is essential for the successful return to a job, less attention has been paid to this factor. Moreover, returning to a pre-injury job after completing medical treatment can create better work conditions for industrial disaster workers than starting a new job. Eleven input variables were selected as influential factors on the stable sustenance of employment, and 12 patterns related to the sustenance of employment were derived. This study provides implications in that it considered various important factors that could influence the sustenance of employment and identified their relationships as patterns. We hope that the results of our study will help establish a policy for the sustenance of employment after returning to a previous job.
