바리스타 자격취득 프로그램 적용이 특성화고등학교 학생들의 진로 결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Career Decision Self-Efficacy From Barista Qualification Program for Specialized High School Students

본 연구에서는 특성화고등학교를 대상으로 자격취득 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용해 봄으로써 학생들의 진로 결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증해보고자 하였다. 자격 취득과정 프로그램은 대전광역시의 10개 특성화고등학교 중에서 K특성화고등학교를 대상으로 적용하였다. 교육진행은 외부 교육기관에 위탁 실시하였으며 시행 교육기관과 협력하여 자격취득 프로그램을 수정·보완 하였다. 단순 기능습득 위주의 위탁 기관 프로그램을 이론적 진로교육과 타 직업과의 연계·확장, 기능습득, 현장실습으로 구분하여 교육 하도록 새롭게 고안하였다. 프로그램 통계처리는 SPSS21 프로그램을 사용하였고 실험집단과 비교집단의 사전·사후 검사를 유의 수준 p<.05에서 t-검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 진로 결정 자기효능감에 대한 인식은 높은 수준을 보여주었고. 자격취득 후 진로결정에 대한 자신감이 높았다. 둘째, 프로그램에 참여한 학생들은 자격증취득으로 전문성을 지닌 진로선택에 대한 자신감을 한 단계 이끌어 올린 것으로 확인 되었다. 이러한 연구 결과로 바리스타 자격증취득 프로그램을 통해 검증하고자 했던 자격증취득 여부가 학생들의 진로 결정 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of study was to develop a certification program and investigate the effect of the developed program on students’ self-efficacy for career determination. Certification program was performed by an external education institution and was amended based on discussion between performing entity and investigator. The experiment group and comparison group and each group contained 10 students. Students in the experiment group took our certification program and students in the comparison group did not participate in this program. With the collected data. t-test was operated and it was compared and analyzed in all directions. The results obtained from the study were as follows: First, students participated in the program displayed higher level of recognition for self-efficacy of career determination, compared to one in the comparison group. After obtaining a certificate, they had higher confidence toward career determination. Second, students in the experiment group got a certificate so that they leveled up their confidence of career.
