본 연구는 직업능력평가사의 역할을 구명하고 자격제도 확립을 위한 방향성을 모색하기 위한 연구이다. 문헌연구를 통하여 첫째, 국내 장애인 직업능력평가 서비스 및 전문인력 현황, 직업능력평가 교육현황을 분석하였다. 둘째, 국내외 선행 연구 검토를 통한 장애인 직업능력평가사의 주요 역할을 파악하였다. 셋째, 미국 직업평가사 자격관리 방법을 고찰하고 국내 선행연구들이 제시한 직업능력평가 전문인력 양성 자격기준과 교육과정을 분석하였다. 넷째, 한국직업재활학회의 직업능력평가사 자격제도 추진 경과를 검토하였다. 이를 바탕으로 자격제도 확립을 위한 방향과 향후 과제는 다음과 같다. 직업능력평가사 양성 확대와 법적권리보호를 위해 고용노동부 고시 장애인취업지원 업무처리지침에 직업능력평가사 양성 및 자격인증 관련 내용을 반영하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 양성교육과 보수교육을 위해 한국장애인고용공단 및 한국장애인개발원, 근로복지공단 등 관련 기관과의 협력관계 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 직업능력평가사의 역할과 핵심역량을 반영한 커리큘럼 마련 및 석사과정 개설 노력을 통해 평가사역량강화 및 교육기회가 확대될 필요가 있다. 아울러 수요자 중심의 자격제도 정착을 위한 의견수렴 기회 확대가 요구된다.
This study are aimed to review the role of vocational evaluator and seek the direction of vocational evaluator qualification system. For the research, first, the current state of vocational evaluation service and professional evaluator training was reviewed. Second, the internal and external literatures and preceding researches about the role of vocational evaluator was analysed. Third, the standard of qualification management and the curriculum for Certified Vocational Evaluator(Professional Vocational Evaluator) in America was reviewed. In addition, preceding researches related professional training of vocational evaluator in Korea was analysed. Fourth, the article of Korean Society of Vocational Rehabilitation about certification approval of vocational evaluator was reviewed. Through the results of this study, future tasks were proposed
