지적장애를 가진 성범죄자 심리치료 프로그램 효과

The Effects of Psychotherapy Program for Sex Offenders with Intellectual Disabilities

본 연구에서는 지적장애를 가진 성범죄자의 심리치료 프로그램이 성범죄 범행과 관련된심리적 요인인 강간통념, 피해자 공감, 인지적 왜곡, 성 태도 및 지식에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 지적장애를 가진 성범죄자 9명을 대상으로 총 18회기의 심리치료 프로그램 실시한 결과지적장애인의 성범죄와 관련된 강간통념과 인지적 왜곡이 감소하였으며, 성범죄 피해자에대한 공감능력과 성 태도 및 지식에서 긍정적인 향상이 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서 활용된 심리치료 프로그램이 지적장애를 가진 성범죄자의 심리적요인에 긍정적인 역할을 한다는 결론을 내린다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점 등을 논하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of psychotherapy program for sex offenders with intellectual disabilities on psychological factors related with sexual crime. For this purpose, 9 sex offenders with intellectual disabilities were participated in, and totally 18 sessions were conducted. The results of analyzed data were as follows: First, rape myth of sex offenders with intellectual disabilities were positively changed. Second, victim sympathy of sex offenders with intellectual disabilities were positively changed. Third, cognitive distortion of sex offenders with intellectual disabilities were positively changed. Forth, sexual attitude and knowledge of sex offenders with intellectual disabilities were positively changed. Thus, it could be assumed that psychotherapy program which used in study have positive effects on psychological factors for sex offenders with intellectual disabilities
