활동보조서비스 코디네이터의 사례관리 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

A Study on the Factors influencing on the Performing Case Management of Personal Assistant Service Coordinator

본 연구는 활동보조서비스 코디네이터들의 사례관리 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검토하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 총 167명의 코디네이터를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 최종 162 부를 활용하여 빈도분석과 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 연구결과 코디네이터의 사례관리 수행에는 코디네이터 개인의 인구학적 특성과 각 제공기관의유형, 기관의 서비스 제공기간, 코디네이터 1인당 사례량 등 기관의 프로그램 역량은 유의한 영향을미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 각 제공기관이 독특하게 구성하고 있는 조직관리 역량을 의미하는 관리기반 구조, 급여수준 등에 대한 코디네이터의 인식이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 사례관리가 코디네이터 개인의 필요성 인식이나 역량 수준에따라 다르게 나타나는 것이 아니라 서비스 제공기관이 사례관리와 관련하여 구성하고 있는 조직관리 역량 수준에 따라 달라질 수 있는 것임을 의미 한다. 이에 따라 활동보조서비스 코디네이터의사례관리 수행에 대한 기관별 기준 및 절차를 제시할 것과 이에 대한 코디네이터 대상 교육의 활성화가 필요함을 제언하였다.

This study aims to examine the performance of case management and variables affecting their performance by Personal Assistant Service Coordinator. To achieve a research purpose, a mail survey was conducted upon 162 coordinator and to examine the factors affecting multiple regression analysis was performed. The finding were as follows. Factors affecting such a case management performance included perception of management infrastructure, training provided and satisfaction with salary. Therefore, with these research results, the following was suggested. First, case management education should be strengthened to improve special abilities of coordinator. Second, studies to develop standardized measures for case management performance and instruction for concrete and standardized case management service were needed.
