근로장애인의 임금변화궤적과 영향요인에 관한 연구

The Study on Influence Factors and Wage Change Trajectories of Workers with Disabilities

본 연구는 임금근로 장애인의 연차별 임금 변화 양상을 살펴보고, 1차 년도의 예측요인들이 임금의 발달궤적에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 장애인 고용패널 1~5차년도의 자료를 이용하여 잠재성장모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 무조건 유형 검증에서는 선형변화모형이 가장 적합하였고,임금은 5년 동안 증가한 것으로 나타났으며 1차 년도의 임금이 높을수록 시간이 경과함에 따라 임금의 증가속도는 느렸다. 조건모형분석에서 남성일수록 여성보다 초기 임금수준이 높았고 임금 증가속도도 빨랐으며, 연령은 출발점의 임금 수준에는 영향력을 주지 않았지만, 연령이 높을수록 시간이 지남에 따라 임금의 증가속도는 느렸다. 장애정도는 중증인 경우 초기 임금수준이 경증에 비해 낮았으나 임금증가 속도는 유의하지 않았다. 또한, 직책이 있고 근무기간이 길며, 대학 이상의 학력인 경우 초기임금수준이 높았으나, 임금의 증가속도에는 영향을 주지 않았다. 마지막으로 전일제에, 사업체 근로자 수가 많은 곳이 초기 임금 수준은 높았으나 시간이 지남에 따른 임금의 증가 속도는 느렸으며, 노동조합이 있고 정규직에 근무할 경우 초기 임금수준이 높았으나,변화속도에는 영향을 주지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 근로장애인의 초기 임금수준결의 중요성과 여성장애인과 고령장애인의 임금 보전에 대한 필요성을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the wage changing on an annual basis. Also, itanalyzed how the 1st year Disabled Employment Panel Survey data s predictive variablesinfluence the wage change. The 1st~5th Disabled Employment Panel Survey data wasanalyzed by the latent growth model. As a result, the linear change model was the mostappropriate for every type verification. The wage has been increasing for the past 5 years. Also, according to the 1st year s data, higher wage meant slower increase in a long term. The analysis of the condition model showed that male had higher first wage levels comparedto the females. Also, the wage increase rate was fast and the age did not have any effecton the wage increase rate. Older ages resulted in slower income increase rates. Also, severlydisabled ones had lower income levels at first compared to less severe people. However, thespeed of wage increase was not satistically significant. Also, the existence of a regular jobposition, long job history, high educational level (college graduate) resulted in high incomelevel at first. However, it did not have any significant effect on the increase rate. Finally,the full time jobs and big companies with many employees showed high income levels atfirst, but the income increase rate became slower after a certain time. The labor unionexistence and regular(non-temporary) job positioning lead on to higher income level at firstbut it did not change the speed of income changing rate. In conclusion, the confirmed incomelevel at the beginning was important. Also, the importance of preserving the women andelderly disabled people s wages have been proposed through the research.
