노인학습자의 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 주관적 연령, 학습동기, 학습만족의 구조적 관계: 성별 및 학력 다중집단 분석 적용

The Structural Relationship among Subjective Age, Learning Motivation, Learning Satisfaction, Learning Outcome of Elderly

본 연구의 목적은 노인학습자의 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 주관적 연령, 학습동기, 학습만족 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 다중집단 구조방정식을 활용하여 성별 및 학력에 따른 차이를 검정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 노인복지관의 노인학습자 496명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형과 다중집단 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하여 구조적 모형의 적합도와 경로계수를 산출하였다. 분석된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형에 따른 주관적 연령, 학습동기, 학습만족, 학습성과 간의 경로계수는 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 학업성과와 관련 변인들 간의 간접효과는 모두 유의하게 나타나, 연구모형에서 매개역할을 하는 변인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 성별에 따른 개별 경로계수를 보면 주관적 연령과 학습만족 간의 경로를 제외한 모든 경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 넷째, 학력에 따른 개별 경로계수를 살펴보면 고졸이하 집단은 주관적 연령과 학습만족 간의 경로를 제외한 모든 경로가 유의하게 나타났고, 전문대졸이상 집단은 주관적 연령과 학습만족, 학습동기와 학습만족 간의 경로를 제외한 나머지 경로에서 유의한 결과를 보여주었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 노인학습자의 학습성과를 높일 수 있는 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the path relation among subjective age, learning motivation, learning satisfaction, learning outcome, and a using Structural Equation Model. And this study is to investigate the difference of the path between gender and educational attainment by using Multiple Group Structural Equation Model. The subjects of this study are 496 elderly over 65. The method used in this study are SEM and Multiple Group Structural Equation Model. First, the path between subjective age, learning motivation, learning satisfaction, learning outcome have an significant effect. Second, the indirect effects among the variables related to learning outcome is verified as significant effect by using bootstrapping method. Third, the difference of the path between gender group has no significant effect. Fifth, the difference of the path between educational attainment group has no significant effect. Based on the results of this study, we propose a direction to improve the learning outcomes of the elderly.
