장애유형별 구인·구직 및 취업현황에 대한 추세분석 연구

The analysis of job-offer, job-search, and employment of people with disabilities for the tasks of vocational rehabilitation in South Korea

본 연구는 한국고용정보원의 워크넷에 저장된 원자료와 한국장애인고용공단의 고용정보시스템 자료를 활용하여 장애유형별․직종별 구인․구직 및 취업현황을 분석하고 향후 직업교육 및 직업재활의 발전적 방향을 모색하고자 실시되었다. 추세분석을 위해 2003년부터 2007년도까지 한국고용정보원의 워크넷을 통한 원자료와 한국장애인고용정보시스템의 2010년 통계자료를 활용해 분석하였다. 연구결과 장애인의 구인․구직 및 취업건수는 연차별로 점진적으로 증가하였고, 장애유형에 따라서 구인․구직 및 취업분야는 직종별로 차이점이 발견되었으나 일반적으로 ‘환경, 인쇄, 목재, 가구, 공예 및 생산단순직’으로 구인․구직 및 취업이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체 취업률의 평균은 청각장애인이 가장 높았고, 장애유형별·직종별 구인․구직 및 취업현황에 있어서 차이점이 발견되었다. 전체 직종의 구인배율은 1.0 이하로 낮게 산출되었고 구인배율이 높은 직종일수록 취업률은 높게 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결론 및 향후 직업재활에 대한 시사점 등이 논의되었다.

This study was to analyze the trends of job-offering, job-searching, and employment of people with disabilities in terms of the major types of disability which were as follows: physical, visual, hearing, and mental retardation. The data, collected from the WORKNET raw-data and the Employment Information System for People with Disability during the year of 2003 to the year of 2010, was analyzed to meet the objectives of the study. The study results indicated that job-offer, job-search, and employment of people with disabilities have been steadily increased each year, even though differences were found in terms of the major types of disabilities. The highest employment rate was found in hearing disability and the differences were also found in job-offering, job-searching, and employment cases in terms of the types of disabilities. However, most of the occupations were lowly paid and repetitive work categories. Conclusions and implications for vocational rehabilitation were discussed.
