본 연구는 팀티칭 기반 창의․인성 활동이 예비유아교사의 창의성 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 창의․인성과 팀티칭에 관련된 문헌고찰 및 선행연구 분석을 토대로 팀티칭 기반 창의․인성 활동을 구성하고 실행하였다. 연구대상은 충북에 소재한 K대학의 4년제 유아교육과 3학년 학생 36명(실험집단), S대학의 4년제 유아교육과 3학년 학생 35명(비교집단)으로 총 71명이다. 연구도구로는 창의성 검사 TTCT(도형)와 KEDI 창의적 인성 검사를 사용하였다. 실험집단에는 본 활동을 10주 동안 총 16회에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 자료분석은 사전검사를 공변인으로 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 본 활동은 예비유아교사의 창의성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창의적 인성은 과제집착을 제외한 호기심, 독자성, 심미성, 위험감수, 개방성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 본 활동이 예비유아교사의 창의성과 창의적 인성 신장에 도움을 주는 유용한 활동임을 시사한다.
The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of team teaching based creativity and personality activities on pre-service teachers’ creativity and creative personality. To achieve this goal, research was conducted by employing team teaching activities based on an analysis of the relevant literature and previous studies on creativity, creative personality. and team teaching. The study sample was a group of 71 third-year students enrolled in the four-year Early Childhood Education program at Chungbuk’s two universities. As research tools, the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT; figural exercises) and the KEDI creativity test were used. The experimental group performed the activities designated in this study for 10 weeks (16 sessions). An analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was performed on data that were obtained. Results showed that the activities had a positive impact on the creativity of the pre-service teachers, as well as on their creative personality. The results suggest that these activities were useful in helping to improve the creativity of pre-service teachers.
