학교 장면에서의 위기대응 양상에 관한 사례 연구 : 자살 위기 상황에서 학교 상담사의 경험을 중심으로

A case study on crisis response aspect in school : focusing on school counselor s experience in suicide attempt

본 연구는 자살 위기상황에서 학교 위기대응이 학교 상담사와 위기관리위원회라는 맥락에 따라 나타나는 양상을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 학교 상담사 6명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고, 학교 위기대응 경험에 대한 면담을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 Creswell(2007)의 연구방법에 따라 사례별분석과 사례 간 분석으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석의 결과 사례별 분석에서는 1) 상담사의 위기개입과2) 위기관리위원회의 위기대처라는 2가지 차원에 따라 사례 내 주제가 나타났다. 사례 간 분석에서는12개의 공통 주제와 43개의 사례 내 주제로 분석되었다. 12개의 공통주제는 상담사의 위기개입 차원에서는1) 숙련된 상담사 2) 초심 상담사 라는 주제묶음으로, 위기관리위원회의 위기 대처는 3) 수평적 협업형 과4) 관료적 지침형 이라는 주제묶음으로 요약되었다. 이러한 결과는 학교 위기대응체계가 학교에 효과적으로 정착하기 위한 시사점을 제시해 주었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 후속 연구를 위한 제안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the school crisis response in the context of school counselors and crisis management committees. In-depth interview was conducted with 6 school counselors about crisis response experience in suicide attempt. This study was analyzed case in case and case of case according to Creswell (2007). As a result of the data analysis, The common theme of case in case was two dimensions: 1) crisis intervention by counselors and 2) crisis response by the crisis management committee. The common theme case of case was 12 common themes and 43 in-case topics in this study. The 12 common themes regarding the aspects of school crisis response were as followings; 1) Crisis intervention by skilled counselors 2) Crisis intervention of beginning counselors, and 3) Horizontal collaborative crisis management committeee and 4) Bureaucratic guided crisis management committee. Results of the study showed implications for the school crisis response system to settle effectively in schools. Finally, contributions of the current study and suggestions for future study were discussed.
