중도・중복장애학생 지도교사의 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스, 소진 간 영향 관계

The Influential Relationship among the Resilience, Job Stress, and Burnout of Teachers Educating Students with Severe and Multiple Disabilities

본 연구에서는 중도・중복장애학생 지도 교사의 배경변인별 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스, 소진의 수준은 어떠한지 차이를 분석하고, 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스, 소진의 영향 관계에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전자설문에 참여한 중도・중복장애학생 지도교사 222명 중 설문에 충실히 응답한 214부의 설문지를 분석대상으로 사용하고, 성별, 중도・중복장애학생 교육경력, 교육기관 유형, 중도・중복장애학생 수 등에 따라 집단 간 차이를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중도・중복장애학생 교육경력, 교육기관의 유형, 급당 중도・중복장애학생 수에 따른 회복탄력성, 직무스트레스, 소진에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 중도・중복장애학생 지도교사의 회복탄력성은 직무스트레스와 소진에 영향을 미쳤고, 직무스트레스는 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중도・중복장애학생 지도교사의 직무스트레스와 소진을 완화시키고, 회복탄력성을 강화하는 방안에 대한 기초연구로서의 의의를 갖는다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of resilience, the job stress and burnout of teachers educating students with severe and multiple disabilities. For this purpose, questionnaires were distributed to 222 subjects of teachers and 214 teachers were included in this study. The subjects were classified with background variables such as gender, educating career of students with severe and multiple disabilities, type of schools, and number of students with severe and multiple disability by class. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the significant differences were found in resilience, job stress, burnout according to gender, educating career of students with severe and multiple disabilities, type of schools, and number of students with severe and multiple disability by class. Second, the significant variable which influenced on the resilience were job stress and burnout. Finally, the significant variables which influenced on the job stress was burnout.
