직업배치활동의 직무과제와 기능에 대한 탐색적 연구

Job Tasks and Functions of Providers of Job Placement Activities

직업재활사의 전문성에 대한 연구가 많으나 실제 직업배치활동 과제와 기능에 대한 구체적인 연구가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직업재활 현장 실무자들에 의해 제공되는 직업배치활동의 과제와 기능을 탐색적으로 밝혀 보고 직업재활사와는 구분되는 직업배치사의 전문성을 확인하고자 하였다. 선행연구에 대한 문헌검토와 구직자에 대한 직업배치서비스를 실시하는 기관의 실무자들을 조사대상으로 하여 169명의 자료를 입수하였다. 분석 결과 직무배치 직무과제의 여러 가지 활동 중에서 구직자 중심의 과제들이 더 중요하며, 요인분석을 통하여 구직탐색 지원, 관련기관 활용, 사업체 활동지원, 구직자원 사정이라는 4가지 요인들이 구성되고 명명화 되었다. 성공적인 직무배치를 위해서는 직업재활의 전문적 기식을 갖추어 체계적으로 접근해야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the job tasks and functions of practioner who provide job placement activities in rehabilitation settings. The data from the 169 investigated questionnaires were analyzed. A principles components factor analysis .with a Verimax rotation procedure was used to group the specific job tasks into more general job functions. A four factor solution, explaining 45% of the variance, was considered to be the most interpretable. The extracted factors were entitled: vocational exploration support, related facilities, and human resources Review. In order to successful job placement for job seeker with disability was important to have knowledge for vocational rehabilitation studies.
