지체장애인을 위한 정보화 교육이 인터넷 구직활동에 미치는 영향 -정보화수준의 매개효과를 중심으로-

Effect of Computer Education on Internet Job Searching among a Physically Challenged Person -Focusing the Mediating Effect of Digital Divide-

본 연구는 장애인을 위한 정보화 교육이 인터넷 구직활동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 정보화수준의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 전국 등록 장애인 가운데 현재 가구주인 지체장애인 903명으로, 2009년 한국정보문화진흥원의 장애인 정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 자료분석은 장애인의 정보화 교육과 인터넷 구직활동과의 관계에서 정보화수준의 매개효과를 파악하기 위해 AMOS 7.0을 통해 구조방정식 모형을 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 정보화 교육은 정보화 수준을 매개로 하여 인터넷 구직활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보화 교육은 인터넷 구직활동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보화수준의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Sobel Test를 실시한 결과 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보화교육이 정보화수준을 매개로 인터넷 구직활동에 영향을 미침과 동시에 직접적인 영향을 갖는 부분매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 지체장애인의 인터넷 구직활동을 중심으로 고용가능성을 높이기 위한 실천적‧정책적 대안을 모색함으로써, 궁극적으로 장애인의 자립과 삶의 질 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

This study examines mediated effect which an information literacy for the disabled influences job-seeking activity by using Internet, and it suggests practical and political alternative which makes employment possibility to improve job-seeking activity. Eventually, this study aims to improve life s quality and self reliance of the disabled. The sample for this study was extracted from 903 physically disabled who are householders at that time, and this research used to analyze 2009 NIA the disabled information gap fact find survey . The data analysis utilized structural equation model(SEM) by AMOS 7.0 to understand mediated effect of information-oriented level in the relationship between the disabled information literacy and internet job-seeking activity. The results of this study are as follows. First, the information literacy has a significant effect in Internet job-seeking activity as mediating information-oriented level. Second, the information literacy directly effects internet job-seeking activity. Third, to demonstrate the mediating effect of information-oriented level, the Sobel test was applied. The effect is significantly mediated. Therefore, this research shows that the information literacy effects internet job-seeking activity to mediate information-oriented level and has a directly partial mediation effect at the same time. Through this research, it suggests the practical and political reforming way which is to improve employment possibility with internet job-seeking activity of the physical disabled.
