최근에 산재근로자의 직업재활의 중요성과 더불어 원직장복귀의 필요성이 제기되고 있지만, 그러나 원직장 복귀 활성화를 위한 산재근로자 직업재활정책 및 서비스는 매우 저조한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 산재근로자의 직장복귀지원금을 지원 받은 사업주를 대상으로 재해근로자의 직장 복귀 실태 및 직장복귀지원금 제도에 대한 만족도를 파악하여 향후 산재근로자의 원활한 원직장복귀와 직장복귀지원금사업의 효율적인 개선을 위한 기초자료 제시에 있다. 산재근로자의 직장복귀 및 사회복귀를 지원하기 위한 직장복귀지원금 사업에 대해 200명의 사업주를 무작위추출 방식에 의해 선정하였다. 조사 도구는 구조화된 설문지를 사용하였으며, 자료 분석 방법은 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 직장복귀지원금 제도의 실태를 분석하였다. 산재근로자의 채용에 있어서는 생산성에 영향이 없는 선에서 채용이 가능한 것으로 나타났으며, 지원 금액은 산재근로자의 복직에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 장애인고용에 대한 사업주의 의견은 회사 근무여건이 장애인근로자에게 적합해야 채용이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 궁극적으로 산재근로자의 원직장 복귀를 도모하는 것은 개인측면에서 심리적 안정 및 직업생활의 안정을 통해 개인의 삶의 질을 담보할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 또한 산재보험 재활서비스 정책측면에 서도 적은 비용으로 효과적인 직장복귀(return to work)와 사회참여(social Integration)를 실현할 수 있는 것이다.
Recently the importance of vocational rehabilitation and the need for return to work among persons with industrial injuries is raised. Yet, work policy and vocational rehabilitation services for injured workers is not consistent with this realization. Thus, the primary purpose of this study was to provide efficient bases for the injured workers who had received funding support and returned to work. Injured workers of return to work to support funding for a job back in business for extraction of 200 randomly selected by the employer, and use the research tool was a structured questionnaire, data analysis methods work by using the SPSS 14.0. The study outcome is summarized as follows: First, to encourage injured workers to return to work influence them to have more positive personal and professional life through stable quality of life. Second, the accident insurance policy in terms of rehabilitation services at less cost effective return to work and social participation can be achieved. This paper provided the significant foundations for the future research about improving policies of worker s in return to work related to social integration.
