미술치료사 발달에 관한 연구동향과 과제 - 국내 학위 논문과 학회지 논문을 중심으로 -

Research Trends and Tasks on Development of Art Therapists - Focused on Domestic Theses and Journal Theses -

본 연구는 미술치료사 발달에 관한 국내의 연구동향을 점검하여 관련 연구를 활성화시키고 전문성을 강화하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2018년까지 발표된 석․박사 논문과 학회지 논문 총 105개를 선정하여 발행연도, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구대상을 기준으로 문헌을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행연도별은 2003년에 1편으로 시작하여 점차 증가하는 추세로 꾸준하게 연구되었다. 특히 석사학위 논문이 과반수이상이었다. 둘째, 연구방법별은 질적 연구가 80편(76.2%)으로 가장 많고, 양적 연구가 20편(19.0%), 혼합 연구는 5편(2.5%)으로 저조하였다. 하위연구방법은 12가지로 현상학, 조사연구, 내러티브, 존재론적 탐구 순으로 주로 활용되었다. 셋째, 연구주제별은 미술치료사 요인이 62편(59.0%), 미술치료사 관련 교육이 34(32.4%), 치료적 관계가 9편(8.6%) 순으로 나타났다. 그리고 표본의 전체 발달 수준별 차이를 구분한 연구는 17편(16.2%)으로 매우 적었다. 넷째, 연구대상별은 집단 단위의 표본이 82편(78.2%)으로 대부분이었는데, 구체적으로는 1~9명이 58편(56.9%)으로 가장 많고 200명 이상은 3편(2.9%)으로 적게 활용되었다. 표본들의 발달 수준은 중간단계가 가장 많고 초보단계, 숙련단계 순이었는데, 연구방법과 주제에 따라 편차가 있었다. 마지막으로 결과를 바탕으로 현재의 상황과 한계점을 파악하고 후속연구에 대한 제언을 시도하였다.

The purpose of this study is to check domestic research trends regarding the development of art therapists, to promote related research and to strengthen professionalism. To this end, a total of 105 dissertations of the Seok and Ph.D. papers and academic journals, published by 2018, were selected to analyze the literature based on the issue year, research method, research subject, and research target. The year of issue was steadily studied, starting with the first installment in 2003. Also, identified studies included 80 qualitative studies (76.2%), 20 quantitative studies (19.0%), and 5 mixed studies (2.5%). There were 12 sub-research methods, mainly utilized in the order of phenomenology, investigation research, narratives, and existential exploration. Results also identified 62 art therapists factor (59.0%), 34 art therapists education(32.4%), and nine therapeutic relationships (8.6%). In addition, there were only 17 studies (16.2%) that distinguished the differences between over all levels of development in the sample. Most of the study subjects were samples of group units. The samples development level was most in the middle level followed by beginner, and skill levels, and there are deviations according to research methods and subjects. Finally, based on results, the current situation and the limitations were identified and suggestions for further research were made.
