호흡기장애인의 경제활동 참여 확대방안 - 취업과 직업유지요인을 중심으로

A research on strateges of activating participation in working for the people with respiratory disorder

본 연구는 호흡기장애인의 경제활동참여 확대를 위하여 호흡기장애인의 직업적 특성과 취업에의 어려움, 고용확대를 위해 필요한 지원 등의 고용확대 관련 요인을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 호흡기장애인에 대한 질적 조사를 통하여 호흡기장애인의 장애특성을 파악하고 직업경험과 취업장애요인을 취합하였으며 고용활성화를 통한 경제활동참여를 위하여 필요한 지원방안을 모색하였다. 연구결과, 직업훈련 및 창업지원, 근무환경 조성, 기초복지 및 의료적 지원을 통하여 호흡기장애인의 고용활성화를 통한 경제활동 참여를 확대할 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that activate participation in working for the people with respiratory disorder. This study uses qualitative research on the people of respiratory disorder. This research found the specific characters, job experiences, barriers of employment and strateges of activating participation of the people with respiratory disorder in working. In conclusion, to activate participation in working for the people with respiratory disorder, it is supported to expand the vocational training, to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace, to give the economic and medical supports for the people with respiratory disorder.
