Role and Task of Technology Education Teacher Training College for Cultivating Talented Individuals Customized by Social Demand

이 연구는 사회적 요구와 직업상황 변화에 대응하여, 기술교육분야 교원양성대학의 사회수요 맞춤형 인재양성을 조력하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 사회변화에 따른 사회수요 맞춤형 인재양성의 필요성을 살펴보고, 기술교육분야 교원양성대학의 역할과 과제를 탐색하였다. 탐색적 분석을 통하여 교원양성대학이 강화해야 할 기능을 기본기능, 부가기능, 확장기능의 관점에서 살펴보고, 기술교육분야 교원양성대학의 역할과 과제를 제시하였다. 사회수요 맞춤형 인재양성을 위한 기술교육분야 교원양성대학의 역할과 과제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기본기능 내실화를 위해서 교육과정을 수행능력 중심 교육과정으로 전환하여 현장 적응력이 높은 교사를 양성하는 체제로 개편하고, NCS 기반교육과정을 개발할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 부가기능 강화를 위해서 복수전공과 부전공 제도 활성화 및 다양한 인력양성 프로그램을 통해서 학생들의 진로를 다양화 시킬필요가 있다. 셋째, 확장기능 강화를 위해서 지역기업과 연계한 IPP 제도 시행, 지역사회와 파트너 십을 강화할 필요가 있다.

This research aimed for aiding technology education teacher training college for cultivating talented individuals customized by social demand in respond to social demand and change of work situation. In this study, examined necessity of training talented individuals customized by social demand depending on social change and explored the role and task of technology education teacher training college. Functions which technology education teacher training college should enhance were examined from the point of view of basic, additional and extended ones through exploratory analysis and suggested the role and task of technology education teacher training college. The role and task of technology education teacher training college for cultivating talented individuals customized by social demand are as follows. Firstly, education procedures need to be changed into focusing on ability of achievement in order for substantial basic function and to be reorganized to train teachers with great field adaptability, and to be developed for NCS(National Competency Standards). Secondly, it needs to diversity students’ careers through activating systems of double major and sub-major with diverse training courses for talented individuals in order for the additional functions. Thirdly, systems of IPP(Industry Professional Practice) in conjunction with local firms and partnership with local society needs to be strengthened in order for the extended function.
