발명·특허 교과 수업에 적용할 TRIZ 기법에 대한 특성화고 교사의 교육 요구도 조사

An Investigation on the Educational Needs of Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools about TRIZ which will be applied to Invention and Patent Classes

이 연구는 발명·특허 교과 수업에 적용할 TRIZ 기법에 대한 특성화고 교사의 교육 요구도를 조사 및 분석하여 발명·특허 특성화고 교사의 직무 능력 개발 방안 마련에 의미 있는 정보를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 TRIZ 기법에 대한 연수를 수강한 발명·특허 특성화고 교사를 대상으로 관련 설문 조사를 실시한 후 이를 분석하였으며, 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명·특허 교과 수업에 적용할 TRIZ 기법의 주요 내용들에 대하여 특성화고 교사가 인식한 중요도를 분석한 결과, 4가지 분리 원리, 문제해결과 아이디어 발상, 물리적 모순 해결 절차의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 발명·특허 교과 수업에 적용할 TRIZ 기법의 주요 내용들에 대한 특성화고 교사의 능력 정도를 분석한 결과, 4가지 분리 원리, 불완전 시스템 문제 해결과 불충분, 과잉, 유해 시스템 문제 해결의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 발명·특허 교과 수업에 적용할 TRIZ 기법의 주요 내용들에 대한 특성화고 교사의 교육 요구도를 분석한 결과, 물리적 모순 해결 절차, 4가지 분리 원리, 문제해결과 아이디어 발상의 내용의 순으로 우선 순위가 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to provide meaningful information for coming up with plans to develop employee performance of teachers in Invention and Patent Secondary Vocational Schools by investigating and analyzing their educational needs about TRIZ which will be applied to invention and patent classes. For this, a relevant survey was conducted targeting teachers in Invention and Patent Secondary Vocational School who took a course about TRIZ and then it was analyzed. The results of the study are as follow: First, the result that analyzed the importance of the key contents of TRIZ which will be applied to invention and patent classes by teachers in secondary vocational schools has found that the highest importance is 4 separation principles, followed by problem solving and idea creation and procedures to solve physical contradiction in order. Second, the result that analyzed ability levels of teachers in secondary vocational schools about the key contents of TRIZ which will be applied to invention and patent classes has found that the highest importance is 4 separation principles, followed by solving incomplete system problems and insufficiency, surpluses, and solving harmful system problems in order. Third, the result that analyzed educational needs of teachers in secondary vocational schools about the key contents of TRIZ which will be applied to invention and patent classes has found that the top priority is procedures to solve physical contradiction, followed by 4 separation principles and contents of idea creation in order.
