특성화고 학생들의 진로결정과 관련 변인간의 구조적 관계 분석

An Analysis of the Structural Relationship among Variables Influencing Career Decision of Specialized High School Students

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고 학생들의 진로결정과 관련 변인간의 구조적 관계를 구명하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 모집단은 특성화고에 재학하고 있는 학생들이며, 특성화고의 계열별 학생 비율을 고려하여, 2014학년도의 특성화고 1학년 학생들 600명(공업계 270명, 상업계 240명, 기타계 90명)을 임의로 선정하였다. 이 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구자가 개발한 질문지를 활용하였다. 우편조사를 통하여 조사가 이루어졌으며, 1차 조사는 2014년 11월 18일부터 12월 4일까지, 2차 조사는 2016년 4월 12일부터 28일까지 이루어졌다. 최종 분석에는 회수된 설문지 중 불성실 응답을 제외하고 1차 조사에서는 560부가, 2차 조사에서는 540부가 활용되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 특성화고 학생들의 직업정보 부족은 진로결정에 부적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 특성화고 학생들의 진로교육에 대한 만족은 직업정보 부족에 부적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 부모의 진로 관련 모델링은 특성화고 학생들의 직업정보 부족에 부적인 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 특성화고 학생들의 진로교육에 대한 만족과 부모의 진로 관련 모델링은 진로결정에 직접적인 영향을 주지는 않으나 직업정보 부족을 매개로 하여 진로결정에 간접적인 영향을 주었다. 다섯째, 특성화고 학생들의 재학 시기(1학년 때와 3학년 때)에 따른 구조 모형의 차이는 없었다.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the structural relationship among variables influencing career decision of specialized high school students. The population was specialized high school students. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. The questionnaire was sent by mail. A survey questionnaire was developed by researcher. 560 completed questionnaires were used for analysis after eliminating incomplete responses at the 1st survey. And 540 completed questionnaires were used for analysis after eliminating incomplete responses at the 2nd survey. And the data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling to examine structural relationship among variables influencing career decision of specialized high school students. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, lack of job information of specialized high school students had a negative impact on career decision of them. Second, satisfaction to career education of specialized high school students had a negative impact on lack of job information of them. Third, career-related modeling of parent had a negative impact on lack of job information of them. Fourth, satisfaction to career education and career-related modeling of parent had no direct effect on career decision . But lack of job information had a mediating effect on career decision Fifth, there were no differences in structural model by their school years.
