창의적 융합인재양성을 위한 STEAM 교육과정 모형 개발

Development of STEAM curriculum model for cultivating of creative and integrative thinking person

이 연구는 창의적 융합인재를 양성하기 위한 STEAM 교육과정 모형을 개발 하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌고찰, 연구팀 협의, 델파이 연구를 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결과, 도출된 STEAM 교육과정 모형은 융합교과, 교육목표, 가치와 지향(교육가치, 교육필요성, 교육지향, 교육성격), 대상과 환경(교육대상, 교육환경), 접근유형(교육접근유형, 융합주제선정유형, 통합유형), 교육과정(프로그램 개발 전략, 교육방법, 문제/주제제시전략, 교육평가)으로 구성된다. 이 연구의 결과는 활용 측면에서 STEAM 교육과정의 개념 및 이론적 구조를 밝힌 것으로 향후 STEAM 교육과정 관련 프로그램을 개발하는데 준거가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The study was conducted to develop the STEAM Curriculum Model for cultivating of creative and integrative thinking person. To achieve the goal, we did analyze advanced research, consultation with research team, Delphi method. As a result, STEAM Curriculum Model is consisted as follow; integrated subjects, object, value and aim(value, necessity, character), curriculum(program development strategy, method, suggestion of learning problem/topic, assessment). The result has defined the concept and theoretical framework of STEAM Curriculum as application aspects, it would help to develop the program with STEAM curriculum.
