태양광 발전 에너지 분야 교육 내용에 대한 관련 전문교과 교사의 교육요구도 분석

The analysis of the vocational teachers educational needs about education in the field of photovoltaic energy; focused on the manufacturing of PV(photovoltaic system)

이 연구의 목적은 태양광 발전 에너지 분야의 태양전지 모듈 제조 관련 학과 전문교과 교사를 대상으로 해당 분야 교육 내용에 대한 교육요구도를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 태양전지 모듈 제조에 대한 8개의 교육 내용에 대해서 전문교과 교사들이 인식하는 중요도와 자신의 능력 수준에 대해서 조사하였으며, 그 결과를 토대로 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 조사 대상은 전국의 특성화고 및 마이스터고 관련학과의 전문교과 교사 64명이고, 이들에게 모두 설문지를 배부하였으며 회수한 설문지는 52부이며, 이중에서 47부가 분석에 활용되었다. 분석된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문교과 교사는 태양광 모듈 제조의 교육 내용에 대해서 전반적으로 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 교육 내용별 중요도는 학력, 교직 경력, 관련 분야 학과 근무 경력, 관련 분야 수업 경험, 관련 분야 연수 경험에 따라 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 전문교과 교사는 태양광 모듈 제조의 교육 내용에 대한 자신의 능력 수준은 다소 부족하다고 인식하고 있었다. 교육 내용별 능력 수준은 성별, 교직경력, 관련 분야 학과 근무 경력, 관련 분야 수업 경험, 관련 분야 연수 경험에 따라 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 태양광 모듈 제조의 교육 내용에 대한 전문교과 교사의 교육요구도는 3.62이고, 자신의 능력 수준은 중요도에 비해서 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 교육 내용의 항목 중에서 태양전지 모듈의 종류 및 구성 요소, 박막분석, 박막형 태양전지 등의 교육요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to analyze the educational needs about educational contents for vocational teachers in the department related to manufacturing of PV module. For this purpose, this study analyzes the importance levels and their ability levels for educational contents of 8 educational domains about manufacturing of PV module recognized as vocational teachers. And in this study, based on the results, the educational needs are analyzed and the results are as follow: The subjects for this research were 64 vocational teachers in the department related to manufacturing of PV module, and the answered questionaries were 52 and among them. 47 questionaries were used for analysis. The results of analysis are as follows: First, in general, vocational teachers recognized that educational contents about manufacturing of PV module are important. The importance of each educational content were different in academic abilities, teaching experiences, working experiences, class experiences, and training experiences in this field. Second, vocational teachers recognized that they didn t have sufficient ability level for educational contents for manufacturing of PV module. Their ability level for each educational contents were different in their genders, teaching experiences, working experiences, class experiences, and training experiences in this field. Third, the educational needs of teachers about educational contents for manufacturing of PV module are 3.62 and they recognized that they have low ability level, to compared with its importance. In particular, in items of educational contents, kinds and components of PV module, thin film analysis and thin film typed solar cell s educational needs were high.
