DACUM법에 의한 마이스터고의 이차전지과 교육과정 개발

Curriculum Development of Meister High School for the Secondary Battery Department by DACUM Method

이 연구는 DACUM법을 이용하여 교육 전문가와 현장 교사 및 전지분야의 산업 전문가를 통해 마이스터고의 이차전지과 교육과정을 개발하였다. 이 연구를 수행하여 얻은 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 분석에서는 이차전지과의 직무를 구성하는 7개의 책무(duty)와 각 책무 영역을 구성하는 138개의 작업(task)이 도출되었으며, 도출된 7개의 책무에 대하여 타당도 조사를 패널 8명을 대상으로 리커트 7점 만점에 책무 중요도와 교육의 필요성에 대한 전체 평균값이 각각 5.3과 5.2로서 타당도가 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 도출된 작업 138개에 대하여 타당도 조사를 패널 8명을 대상으로 리커트 7점 만점에 작업 중요도와 교육의 필요성에 대한 전체 평균값이 각각 4.5-5.0 범위로 타당함을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 작업 138개에 대하여 해당K-S-T에 대한 타당도 조사를 패널 8명을 대상으로 리커트 5점 만점에 전체 평균값이 3.8이상으로 타당도가 대체적으로 높음을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 도출된 K-S-T를 근거로 13개의 교과목을 도출하였으며, 도출된 교과목에 대하여 타당도 조사를 패널 3명을 대상으로 리커트 5점 만점에 전체 평균이 4.2이상으로 타당도가 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 다섯째, 도출된 13개의 교과목 Profile을 작성하였으며, 각 해당 교과목 Profile에 대하여 타당도 조사를 패널 3명을 대상으로 리커트 5점 만점에 전체 평균값이 4.2이상으로 타당도가 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 여섯째, 해당 교과목 Profile을 토대로 1학년은 총 5교과목에 학기당 15이수 단위이고, 2학년은 총 3교과목에 학기당 12이수 단위이다. 그리고 3학년은 총 5교과목에 학기당 28이수 단위로 개발 편성하였다.

This research has developed the curriculum of meister high school for the secondary batteries field through educational professionals and industrial professionals of battery field using DACUM job analysis method. The result performed this research was summarized as followings. First, in job analysis 7 duties composed of the job of the secondary battery department and 138 tasks composed of each duty area were derived, and it was known that validity survey on the derived 7 duties was performed through 8 objects and the validity was excellent for overall average value of duty importance degree and the necessity of education was 5.3 and 5.2 each from the perfect score of Likert 7 points. Second, it was known that the validity was 4.5-5.0 scale each for overall average value of task importance degree and the necessity of education from the perfect score of Likert 7 points objected the panel 8 persons. Third, it was known that the validity was high in general for overall average value was over 3.8 from the perfect score of Likert 5 points objected the panel 8 persons for the validity survey on related K-S-T about 138 tasks. Fourth, the 13 subjects were derived based on the derived K-S-T and it was known that the validity was excellent for overall average was over 4.2 from the perfect score of Likert 5 points objected the panel 3 persons for the validity survey on the derived subjects. Fifth, the 13 derived subjects Profile were written, and it was known that the validity was excellent for overall average value was over 4.2 from the perfect score of Likert 5 points objected the panel 3 persons for the validity survey on the related subjects Profile. Sixth, the first year is 15 hours per semester for total 5 subjects and the second year is 12 hours per semester for total 3 subjects based on the related subjects Profile. And the third year was organized as 28 semester hours for total 5 subjects.
