중학교 발명교실 담당교사가 인식하는 발명교육 교육과정에 대한 동의수준과 중요도

The Agreement Level and significance Degree about the Curriculum of Invention Educationperceived by Teachers of Invention Classes in Middle Schools

이 연구의 목적은 중학교 발명교실 담당교사가 발명교육의 목표, 내용, 수업방법, 평가/총평기법에 대해 얼마나 동의하고 있으며 중요도에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 알아보는데 있다. 동의수준은 Likert 4점 척도를 사용하여 설문한 후 평균과 표준편차로 알아보았으며 중요도의 순위는 중요한 순서대로 고르게 한 다음 가중치(1순위×3점+2순위×2점+1순위×1점)를 주어 계산하여 알아보았다. 중학교 발명교실이 설치된 전국 35개교의 발명교실 담당교사 35명에게 질문지를 발송하여 35부를 회수하여 34부를 Windows용 SPSS 10.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계분석 하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제시된 발명교육의 목표에 대하여 중학교 발명교실 담당교사의 동의 수준의 평균이 3.31로 대체로 긍정적으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 동의수준을 보인 목표는 ‘여러 가지 착상기법에 대해 알 수 있다’였다. 둘째, 중학교 발명교실 담당교사들은 발명교육의 여러가지 목표 중 ‘발명활동을 통해 문제해결 능력을 기를 수 있다’를 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 셋째, 제시된 발명교육의 내용에 대하여 중학교 발명교실 담당교사의 동의 수준의 평균이 3.25로 대체로 긍정적으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 동의수준을 보인 내용은 ‘아이디어 창출을 위한 각종 착상기법’이었다. 넷째, 중학교 발명교실 담당교사들은 발명교육의 여러 가지 내용 중 ‘아이디어 창출을 위한 각종 착상기법’을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 다섯째, 발명교육에 필요한 여러 가지 수업방법에 대한 중학교 발명교실 담당교사의 동의 수준의 평균이 3.11로 대체로 긍정적으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 동의수준을 보인 수업방법은 ‘브레인스토밍’이었다. 여섯째, 중학교 발명교실 담당교사들은 발명교육에 필요한 여러 가지 수업방법 중 ‘브레인스토밍’을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 일곱째, 발명교육의 여러 가지 평가/총평기법에 대한 중학교 발명교실 담당교사의 동의 수준의 평균이 3.01로 대체로 긍정적으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 동의수준을 보인 평가/총평기법은 ‘포트폴리오법’이었다. 여덟째, 중학교 발명교실 담당교사들은 발명교육의 여러 가지 평가/총평기법 중 ‘포트폴리오법’을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to look into the agreement level and significance degree about the purposes, contents, methods of discourse and techniques of evaluation/assessment of invention education perceived by teachers of invention classes in middle schools. SPSS 10.0 for windows was employed to statistically analyze 34 of 35 of the completed questionnaires response on a 4 - point scale to various statements regarding purpose, contents and methods of discourse of invention education were analyzed. The findings of this study were as follows. First, teachers in charge of middle schools invention classes positively viewed at an average of 3.31/4 regarding the purposes of invention education presented. The purpose of having the highest agreement was Several techniques of conceiving idea were possible to be learned . Second, teachers in charge of invention classes attached great importance to Ability of problem solving through invention activities it is possible to raise‘. Third, teachers in charge of invention classes at middle schools agreed at a rate of 3.25/4 regarding with about the contents of invention education presented which indicates that generally held positive views toward it. The content whose value teachers most agreed to was Various techniques for conceiving ideas‘. Fourth, teachers in charge of invention classes at middle schools attached great importance to Various techniques for conceiving ideas among content of invention education. Fifth, teachers answered positively at a rate of 3.11/4 regarding several methods of discourse for invention education and generally held positive views toward them. The methods of school attached the greatest importance to Brainstorming among several methods of discourse for invention education. Seventh, answered positively teachers at a rate of 3.01/4 about several evaluation/assessment of invention education and generally held positive views toward them. The techniques in evaluation/assessment whose value teachers most agreed to was Portfolio . Eighth, the teachers in charge of invention classes in middle schools attached great importance to Portfolio among several techniques in evaluation/assessment in invention education.
