기술 중등교사 자격 기준과 평가 영역 및 평가 내용요소 수정 · 보완

The Modification & Complements of Qualification Standards, Assessment Criteria and Contents Standards for Technology Teacher Selection Examination

초록

이 연구는 기술교과를 담당하는 교사의 자격 기준과 평가 영역 및 평가요소를 수정·보완하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2009년 개발 된 교사 자격 기준, 평가 영역 및 평가요소와 연구에 관련된 문헌, 2015개정 교육과정 분석 자료 등을 검토하였으며, 작성된 교사 자격 기준, 평가 영역 및 평가요소의 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 다양한 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 기술교사 양성 대학의 교수 및 기술교사 등 기술교육 전문가들과 협의회 및 간담회 등을 통하여 수정·보완 작업을 실시하였으며, 세미나와 공청회를 통하여 각종 의견 수렴과 보완 과정을 거쳐 20개의 기술교사 자격 기준, 76개의 세부 자격 기준으로 개발되었다. 또한 평가 영역 및 평가요소는 7개의 기본이수 과목, 20개의 분야, 56개의 평가 영역, 209개의 평가요소로 수정되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 기술교과 중등 임용선발 경쟁시험에 활용될 수 있을 것이며 교사양성 대학의 교육과정 운영 및 정상화를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to modify and complement qualification standards, assessment criteria and contents standards for technology teacher selection examination. To accomplish this purpose, this study employed literature research, surveys, professional conference and seminars and a public hearing. This study has following results. First, the assessment criteria for technology teachers are modified and complemented to 20 standards and 76 detailed. Second, The contents standards and criteria for technology teacher selection examination are modified and complemented to 20 basic subjects, and areas were divided into 7 large categories, which are also divided into total 56 evaluation areas for details. Technology teachers must give various instruction and implement diverse strategies to encourage students to develop their critical thinking, problem solving, and performance skill. Technology teachers must make full use of formal and informal assessment strategies with understanding to evaluate and to ensure continuous intellectual, social, and physical development of the student and so on. The findings of this research can be utilized as a guideline which confirms readiness of a prospective applicant to teach technology, as well as a blueprint for continuing research.
