마이스터고 학생이 지각한 사회적 지지, 회복탄력성, 진로결정간의 구조적 관계

The Structural Relationship among Social Support, Resilience, and Career Decision of Meister School Students

이 연구의 목적은 마이스터고 학생들이 받는 사회적 지지가 그들의 회복탄력성을 매개로 진로결정에 미치는 영향을 구명하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 대상은 전국의 마이스터고 학생들이며, 21개 마이스터고 2학년에 재학중인 840명을 조사 대상자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 우편 조사를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 자료 수집 기간은 2017년 3월 22일부터 4월 12일까지이었다. 최종 분석에는 불성실 응답과 응답이 누락된 자료를 제외한 555부를 활용하였다. 조사 도구는 사회적 지지 척도, 회복탄력성 척도, 진로결정 척도와 인구통계학적 특성을 묻는 문항으로 구성하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술 통계와 상관 관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 변인간의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위해 구조방정식 모형 분석을 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 마이스터고 학생들이 받는 사회적 지지는 그들의 회복탄력성에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 마이스터고 학생들의 회복탄력성은 그들의 진로결정에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 마이스터고 학생들이 받는 사회적 지지는 그들의 진로결정에 직접적으로 영향을 주지는 않으나 그들의 회복탄력성을 매개로 하여 진로결정에 간접적으로 정적인 영향을 주었다. 즉, 마이스터고 학생들이 받는 사회적 지지는 직접적으로 그들의 진로결정에 영향을 주지는 않으나 이것이 그들의 회복탄력성을 향상시키고, 결과적으로 진로결정에도 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among social support, resilience, and career decision of meister school students. The population was meister school students. The study was carried out through questionnaire survey method. Five hundred fifty five out of 840 questionnaires were used for analysis after eliminating unreliable responses and incomplete responses. A survey questionnaire was made up of social support scale, resilience scale, career decision scale, and personal characteristics items. And the data was analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine structural relationship. Major findings of this study were as follows: First, social support for meister school students had a positive impact on their resilience. Second, their resilience had a positive impact on career decision. Third, social support for meister school students had no direct effect on their career decision. But social support indirectly effect students career decision by impacting resilience as a medium. In other words, social support for meister school students increased their resilience resulting in a positive influence on their career decision.
