The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of student-involved rubrics on learning motivation and academic achievement in class of Full Subtracter performance assessment in technical high school.Three null hypotheses were formulated. 2 classes of 1st grade of ○○technical high school in Yesan, Chungnam, were divided into experimental and control group in order to verify null hypotheses.For the experiment, The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design model was utilized. Window SPSS 12.0 Korean language version program was used for the data analysis and descriptive statistics was used to identify the trend of each group. The one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA) was used to verify significant difference between two groups and significance level was set to 5%.Results of this study were as follows;First, the student-involved rubrics based on negotiation between teacher and students had a considerable effect on learning motivation in task performance assessment. Second, rubrics presentation method depending on learning ability level didn t have a significant effect on learning motivation. Third, rubrics presentation method did not have a major effect on academic achievement of task performance assessment.
