The purpose of this study is to give middle and high school students energy concepts for the moving objects, and the safety awareness through experiments on Newton s laws by using PASCO s dynamic experiment tools.In order to find velocity, momentum, and impluse in the system, this experiment was carried out with 2 factors; mass of moving object and mass of dynamic cart, respectively.The main results of this study are as follows: First, Final velocity of dynamic cart at the moment of impact was changed a little as the mass dynamic cart is increased.Second, The momentum and impulse were increased by increasing the mass of dynamic cart.Third, The momentum and impulse were increased by increasing the velocity of dynamic cart. Fourth, After the dynamic cart was collided, the momentum and impulse were decreased. Fifth, The student will be able to have dynamic safety literacy for the moving objects such as cart through understanding the conception of the momentum and impulse.
