The goal of this study was to give students a technological literacy and interest on a ship through model ship experimentation in primary and secondary school. The main parts of experiment apparatus are consisted of the model ships, water tank, electronic fan to power and time measuring device. The experiment was carried out with 4 factors: the type of model ship, velocity of wind, with or without sail, and size of sail, respectively.The main results of this study were as follows:(1) The distribution of velocity-field was begun to initially form of M to some convergent constant value of velocity in the fluid-flow fields.(2) As the velocity of wind was increased, velocity of 3 types of model ships was increased. At the constant velocity of wind, planing hull type model ship was the fastest and raw material was the slowest. (3) As the model ships with a sail, the velocity was increased. As the size of sail was become larger, the velocity of model ships was increased. But the increasing rate of the velocity was not regular in each experiment.
