발명교사 표준연수 프로그램 개발과 적용

Development and Application about the Standard Training Program for Invention Teachers

이 연구는 발명교사의 발명교육역량을 향상시키기 위하여 표준이 될 수 있는 체계적인 연수 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 연구의 대상자는 연수희망자 96명이며, 연수가 종료된 후 연수 운영체제, 연수의 구성, 연수 강사의 만족도, 연수 운영사항에 대하여 5점 Likert 척도를 이용하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연수대상자들의 수준과 사전 연수 경험, 발명교육 경력 등을 고려하여 기본 A반, 기본 B반, 심화반의 세 가지 연수 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 통하여 타당도 검증을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 목표 달성, 강의 시간, 중복요소, 전이, 차별화 항목이 모두 타당하였다. 둘째, 기본 A, 기본 B, 심화반에 적용한 발명교사 표준연수 프로그램의 적용 결과 연수 운영체제, 연수의 구성, 연수 강사의 만족도, 연수 운영사항에 대한 만족도가 대부분 4.00 이상으로 높게 나타났다. 특히 기본반의 ‘발명프로젝트 설계와 개발’, ‘생활 속의 발명’, ‘발명 프로젝트 발표 및 평가’, ‘발명활동 기획 및 운영’, ‘발명교육 프로젝트 발표 및 평가’와 심화반의 ‘특허명세서 작성’, ‘발명?특허 출원 프로젝트’는 만족도가 매우 높게 나타났다. 반면 기본반의 ‘발명 교수-학습’과 심화반의 ‘발명학습평가’는 부족한 점으로 지적되어 지속적으로 개선이 요구되었다.

The purposes of this study was development and application of the standard structured training program for invention teachers in order to improve the teachers’ invention education capacity. This study s target was 96 people who are teaching invention and having a mind to teach one. After training program, it was conducted that the training operating system, the configuration of the training, the training instructor satisfaction, the training for operating points using 5-point Likert scale survey. The results are as follows. First, the training programs were developed with three kinds of the basic Class A, the Class B basic and the Class deepen. The Class considered the level of invention education, prior experience and teaching experience. The programs were developed by the expert content validity by conducting verification of objectives, lecture hours, duplicates, metastasis and differentiation. Second, the results of the application, the operating system, the configuration of the training, the training instructor s satisfaction and training the satissfaction of operation was above 4.00. In particular, it represents the high level of satisfaction invention of design and development projects’, ‘living in the present invention’, ‘invention, project presentation and evaluation , invention activities and operational planning’, ‘education project presentation’ and ‘evaluation invention and of deepen class written patent’, ‘patent pending invention’, which can be differentiated from the standard training program. However the basic class invention teaching and learning and deepen class the invention learning assessment of the deficiencies have been noted to be continuously improved. Based on this, future research is needed for the program to give a higher satisfaction considering the training experience, training characteristics of the subjects.
