The study of system construction of the specialized high school for cultivating the power of human in the field of technology of medical treatment instrument

The purpose of this study was to draw up the plan for cultivating the power of human in ‘medical treatment instrument field’ of Wonju Information Technical High School. The following were the results of this study. First, reorganize in the state of three subjects(medical instrument, medical electronics, medical information system) instead of present seven subjects as a plan of subject reorganization. Second, divide major subjects into largely basic specialization and advanced specialization, basic specialization into common subjects and medical subjects, and advanced specialization into engineering subjects and fusion subjects as a plan of curriculum reorganization. Third, enlarge recruits with temporary forms such as teachers’ training, teachers’ additional job and a certain period’s teachers for fixing of the specialized school as a plan for teachers’ strengthening of power. Fourth, changing names of present laboratories, reassignment of machine supplies for experiment and practice and additional cost must be formed as a plan of experimental-practical equipment and the complement of the equipment. Fifth, development of the materials according to specialization and a variety of materials(putting in Internet, CD etc.) must be developed as a development plan of teaching-learning materials. Sixth, the results of this study must be reflected by model of education training and connected with employment after graduation through the convention of local-self governmental bodies and industrial bodies as a plan of the course guidance for students and selection of new students.
