특성화고교졸업자전형 입학생의 대학 학업성취도에 미치는 대학 입학전형 요소 분석

Analysis of University Admission Factors on University Academic Achievement of Admission Groups in Specialized High School s Graduates - Focusing on Admissions Officer System

본 연구의 목적은 입학사정관전형 특성화고교졸업자로 입학한 학생의 대학학업성취도를 구명하고, 이와 관련된 변인들과의 관계를 구명하는 데 있다. 대학 학업성취도와 관련 높은 대학 입학전형 요소를 발견하고 학생 선발 정보를 제공하여 대학 입학 시안 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 모집단은 2013학년도 A대학교 입학사정관전형 특성화고교졸업자로 입학한 1학년 학생들이며 총67명이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 입학사정관전형 특성화고교졸업자의 대학 학업성취도는 4.5만점에 2.41점이었다. 둘째, 대학 학업성취도는 대학 입학전형 요소 중에서 학생부와 면접평가가 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 대학 입학전형 요소 간 상관관계는 학생부와 서류평가가 높은 상관관계에 있었다. 셋째, 대학 학업성취도는 학생부와 면접평가에 의해 설명되며, 면접평가가 학생부보다 더 잘 설명하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 기초하여 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 2015학년도 입학사정관전형의 특성화교졸업자 대입전형 방식의 개선이 요구된다. 둘째, 특성화고교졸업자의 학업기초능력을 신장할 수 있는 교육프로그램운영이 필요하다.

The purposes of this study were to measure university academic achievement of the specialized high school s graduates of admission officer system, and to determine the relationship between university academic achievement and its related variables. We can provide helpful tools for the university entrance policy by finding the intimate university admission factors with university academic achievement. The population sample for the study constituted 67 new undergraduates in 2013 year at a university. They are the specialized high school s graduates of admissions officer system. Major findings of this study were as follows. First, university academic achievement was 2.41 point out of 4.5. Second, university academic achievement was correlated with school record and interview test among university admission factors. And school record was correlated with document test in university admission factors. Third, university academic achievement was explained more by interview test then by school record. Based on the results, recommendation was suggested. First, it is required to improve university admission procedure on the specialized high school s graduates of admission officer system in 2015 school year. Second, it is necessary to operate the education program to raising basic academic skills for specialized high school s graduates of admission officer system.
