특성화고 진로선택 경향과 수능 직업탐구 영역 응시율 변화에 대한 공업계열 특성화고 현장 교사의 인식

Industry Department Teachers Perception of Specialized Vocational High School on Choosing a Career Trend and Rate of Apply for Vocational Education Division CSAT

이 연구는 특성화고 학생의 진로선택 경향과 수능 직업탐구 영역 응시율 변화에 대한 공업계열 특성화고 현장 교사의 인식이 어떠한지를 파악하여 특성화고 및 직업탐구 영역의 효율적인 운영과 안정적인 발전 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 통해 얻어진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생의 취업 희망률 대비 진학 희망률은 이전 수준 보다 감소하였으며 실제 진학률은 이보다 감소폭이 조금 더 크다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 진학 희망률과 실제 진학률은 모두 중위권의 감소폭이 가장 크고 다음은 상위권, 하위권 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수능 직업탐구 영역 응시율은 이전과 비교하여 감소하였다고 인식하였는데 중위권의 감소폭이 가장 크고 상위권, 하위권 순으로 인식한 것으로 나타났다. 실제 진학률 감소폭의 인식 결과도 중위권, 상위권, 하위권 순으로 나타난 것과 비교하면 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사들은 취업중심 진로지도가 특성화고 학생의 진로선택에 영향이 매우 크다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 영향이 가장 높다고 인식한 곳은 수도권과 가장 낮은 경상권과는 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으나 모든 지역에서 4.00 이상으로 나타나 영향이 매우 높다고 인식하였다. 넷째, 특성화고 입학자원의 학력수준은 이전과 비교해 볼때 상위권과 중위권은 높아진 반면에 하위권은 오히려 낮아진 것으로 인식하였으며, 수능 직업탐구 영역 응시집단의 학력수준은 전반적으로 모두 낮아진 것으로 인식하였다. 다섯째, 수능 직업탐구 영역의 시험공부는 상위권이 3학년 초부터, 중위권과 하위권은 6월 모의평가 이후부터 시작하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 직업탐구 영역을 대비해서 특성화고에서 이루어졌던 프로그램들은 이전과 비교해 볼 때 훨씬 더 적게 운영되는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to inquiry of industry department teachers perception of specialized vocational high school on choosing a career trend and rate of apply for vocational education division CSAT. Therefore, it was highly desirable that researchers to survey what was the choosing a career trend of vocational education division CSAT and what was the trend and rate of apply for vocational education division CSAT. The survey included 100 industry department teachers of specialized vocational high school on 9 regions from Korea. The analysis of survey results was by region, industry department teacher s career of specialized vocational high school. The results were as follows. Enrollment desired rate and the actual entrance rate were on the decrease compared with the previous. Rate of apply for vocational education division CSAT were on the decrease compared with the previous. The Middle class was the biggest decline and followed by with advanced class, lower class. Academic level of entering students specialized vocational high school were elevated followed by with advanced class, middle class compared with the previous. On the other side, lower class was on the decrease compared with the previous. CSAT programs on specialized vocational high school were on the decrease compared with the previous.
