설계 문제 해결에서 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향 분석

Analysis of Team Creativity in Design Problem Solving based on MBTI Modes

이 연구의 목적은 기술적 문제의 대표적인 유형인 설계 문제의 해결에서 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 목적 달성을 위한 구체적인 연구 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 설계 문제해결을 위한 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형을 확인한다. 둘째, 설계 문제 해결에서 팀의 창의성을 확인한다. 셋째, 설계 문제 해결에서 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형과 팀 창의성과의 관계를 확인한다. 연구 목적 달성을 위하여 MBTI 성격 유형에 대한 이론적 고찰, 설계 문제추출 및 선정, 설계 문제 해결 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형 분석, 설계 문제해결 팀의 팀 창의성 분석, 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형에 따른 팀 창의성분석을 수행하였다. 연구 수행 결과, 팀 구성원의 MBTI 성격 유형에 따라 팀 상호작용에 차이가 있음을 확인하였으며, 팀 상호작용의 차이는 팀 창의성과 관련성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 팀을 통한 설계 문제 해결에서 팀 구성원간의 역학 관계를 확인할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 팀 구성에 따른 팀 창의성의 변화를 예측하는데 도움을 줄 것이며, 더 나아가 팀 창의성 향상을 위한 팀 구성 이론 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 다양한 분야에서 팀 창의성에 대한 연구 수행에 여러 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

This study is to analyze how MBTI personality types of team members affect team creativity in solving design problems, which are major technical issues. Objectives of the study were as follows. First was identifying MBTI modes of team members who solve design problems. Second was analyzing team creativity in solving design problems. Third is analyzing correlation between MBTI modes of team members and team creativity in solving design problems. This researches were carried out for the study that Theoretical study on MBTI modes, Extraction and selection of design problems, Analysis of MBTI modes of team members who solve design problems, Analysis of team creativity of a design problem solving teams, and Analysis of team creativity depending on MBTI modes of team members. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that interaction in a team is different depending on MBTI modes of team members, and difference in interaction is related to team creativity. The study results can be used as basic research in analyzing dynamics among team members in solving design problems. They can also help predict team creativity change from team organization, and can be further used in developing a team organization theory to enhance team creativity. In addition, this study is expected to give significance to researches about team creativity in various fields.
