발명교육 담당 교사 연수 프로그램 모형 개발과 교육요구 분석 : 발명특허특성화고등학교를 중심으로

The Development of Training Program Model for Invention Education Teacher and Analysis of Educational Needs : Based on Specialized High Schools for Invention and Patents

이 연구의 목적은 발명특성화고등학교 교사연수의 모형을 정립하고 그 모형에 따른 교사들의 교육요구도를 살펴보는데 있다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석과 조사연구를 통해 이루어졌으며, 세미나를 통한 토론자의 검토와 의견을 반영하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육의 과정, 교육의 내용, 교육의 대상, 교육의 방법, 교육 이수시간, 교육 운영주체, 교육의 운영형태의 요인을 통해 발명교육 담당교사 연수프로그램 모형 개발하였다. 둘째, 연수 요구도를 조사한 결과 교사들은 연수 희망 여부에 대해 전체 378명 중 연수를 받고 싶어 하는 교사 219(57.9%)명, 교육 이수 시간에 대해서는 60시간 (30.2%), 교육 방법에 대해 블렌디드 과정(40.5%)이 높은 요구도를 나타냈다. 셋째, 발명특성화고 교사들의 교육요구도를 분석한 결과 발명 교육학 영역 중 ‘발명교육이론과 교육과정‘, 발명 내용학 영역 중 ’발명과 문제해결‘이 가장 높은 교육요구도를 나타냈다.

The purpose of the study was developed of training program model for invention education teacher and analysis of educational needs. The study performed reviews and reflected the opinions of seminars. The results are as follows: 1. The Model of training program developed with various fator. (course, contents, subject, method, training time and operating system of education) 2. The 57.9 percent of the 378 teachers wanted training program for teacher. also They wanted 60 hour, blended method about training program for teacher 3. Educational needs on the educational theory for invention was the highest of educational field for invention and educational needs on the invention and problem solving was the highest of contents field for invention.
