수행분석을 통한 전환교육 사정전략

Transition Education Assessment Strategy through Performance Analysis

수행분석은 전환교육 사정에 적용된 전략 중 하나이다. 이 연구는 정신지체학생에게 수행분석을 적용해서 발생하는 의의와 문제를 기초로 전환교육계획을 수립하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 선정된 사례는 ○○기계 공업고등학교의 15.5세 학생이며, Robinson & Robinson(l995)의 모델을 사용하여 분석하였다. 사례분석에 사용된 도구는 표준화된 검사(WISC-Ⅲ, 사회성숙도검사)와 비표준화된 검사 (문서분석, 면담, 설문지)였다. 전환사정은 개별화전환계획의 가장 기본적이며 필수적인 요소이다. 연구 결과는 부모와 교사가 제시한 학생의 현재 수행 수준과 중요성에 대한 요구를 실제 수행 문제로 분석하여 제시하였다. 3×3 훈련요구행렬은 개별화 전환계획을 수립하는데 훈련되어져야 할 활동 내용들을 구체화 해준다. 수행관계성 지도는 학생들에게 실제적 수행 문제에 대한 해결책을 제시해주며, 해결책은 학생의 입장에서 교육환경에 활용하고 적용될 수 있어야 한다.

Performance analysis is one of the strategies adopted in transition education assessment. The article is to implement transition education planning to identify the problems and meanings by applying the theory of the performance analysis to an mental retardation. The case selected was a student of the mechanical technical high school in Kwangju City. The case was analyzed using the model of Robinson & Robinson(1995). The tools used for case analysis were Standardized Tests(WISC-Ⅲ, Basic Learning Skills Test, Vineland Social Maturity Scale) and non-Standardized Tests(document analysis, interviews, survey). Transition assessment is the most basic and essential parts of an Individualized Transition Plan(ITP). The results indicated that current performance levels and importance of needs suggested by parent and teacher imply analysis of actual performance problems. Three-by-Three Training Needs Matrix concreted actual contents to be trained to implement Individualized Transition Plan(ITP). The performance relationship map gave solution on actual performance problems to a student. The solution should be workable and affordable in the educational environment from the view point of student.
