뇌성마비인의 고용 결정 요인

The Determinative of Employment of the Persons with Cerebral Palsy

본 연구의 목적은 뇌성마비인의 고용에 영향을 마치는 결정 요인을 규명해 내고, 뇌성마비인의 고용률 증대를 위한 사회복지 정책적 함의를 도출해 내고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 분석에 사용된 종속변수는 뇌성마비인들의 고용이었고, 독립변수는 인구사회학적요인, 장애요인, 인적자본요인, 사회 환경적요인으로 구성하였다. 고용에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 이항로짓회귀(binary logistic regression)분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 일상생활동작(B＝.011, p＜.05). 소득보조(B＝-.022. p＜.05), 차별(B＝-.031, p＜.01) 변수가 고용에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이론적 의의는 뇌성마비인의 노동시장에 영향력을 미치는 것은 사회환경적 요인이 인적자본이론 보다 더 설득력을 얻고 있다는 것을 입증하였다.

This study. through an empirical analysis of employability of persons with cerebral palsy factors that affect their employability. and also aims to draw out the social welfare policies for improvement in their employment rate. The dependent variable for the analysis was employment with cerebral palsy. Independent variables that affect employment were population sociology. factors of disability. factors of human capital. and factors of social environmental. In order to evaluate the effect on employment. a binary logistic regression analysis was conducted. and for the effect on wages. a multiple regression analysis was conducted. The summary of the results are as follows. In evaluating the effect on employment by each factor. from daily life activities of factors of disability (B＝.0.11. p＜.05), and from income assistance (B＝-.022. p＜.05) and discrimination (B＝-.031, p＜.01) of factors of social environmental had significant effect on employment.
