청각장애인 직업재활을 위한 수화통역사의 역할과 역할의 우선순위

A study for role factor of sign language interpreters in the vocational rehabilitation process

본 연구의 목적은 청각장애인의 직업재활 과정에서 수화통역사가 담당해야 할 역할요인을 구명하여 청각장애인의 직업재활이 효율적으로 시행될 수 있도록 돕고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 청각장애인 직업재활 업무를 담당하고 있는 56개 기관 110명의 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였고, 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째. 청각장애인의 직업재활 과정에서 수화통역사의 역할요인은 상당 및 치료, 의료서비스. 초기 면접. 직업훈련 및 고용, 평가. IPE 개발자문 및 고용준비, 보고서 작성, 확대평가 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업재활사와 수화통역사가 판단하는 수화통역사의 역할요인은 의료서비스 초기면접. 상담 및 치료. 직업훈련 및 고용, 확대평가에서 동일한 우선순위를 보여 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 IPE 개발자문 및 고용준비, 평가, 보고서 작성에서는 직업재활사가 더욱 중요한 역할요인으로 보는 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 직종 및 기관의 유형에 따라 수화통역사의 역할요인에 대한 차이를 분석한 결과, 직종에서는 상담 및 치료에서 수화통역사가 직업재활사에 비해 상담 및 치룔르 수화통역사의 더 중요한 역할요인으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났고, 그 외 요인에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기관의 유형에서는 모든 요인에서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 장애인복지관이나 농아인협회, 수화통역센터 모두 수화통역사의 역할요인에 대한 중요성을 동일하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the role factors for sign language interpreters in the process of vocational rehabilitation for the hearing impaired so that vocational rehabilitation of the hearing impaired can be effectively performed. For this purpose. the Delphi survey was carried out on 110 specialists who are in charge of vocational rehabilitation jobs for the hearing impaired in 56 institutions. The findings are as follows. First. the role factors for sign language interpreters in the process of vocational rehabilitation for the hearing impaired were shown as counseling and treatment: medical services: initial interview: job training and employment: evaluation: IPE development advice and employment preparation: writing a report: and extended evaluation. in that order. Second. the role factors for sign language interpreters. in which both vocational rehabilitators and sign language interpreters were evaluated showed the same priorities in medical services: initial interview: counseling and treatment: job training and employment: and extended evaluation. However. they showed different levels of preference in IPE development advice and employment preparation and writing a report. Third. in the analysis results of the role factors for sign language interpreters according to types of occupations and institutions. it was shown that sign language interpreters recognized counseling and treatment as the more important role factors for sign language interpreters than vocational rehabilitators recognized that being in the analysis according to the type of occupation. On the other factors. there was no difference shown. In the analysis according to the type of institutions. there were no differences in any of the factors: That is. no difference was shown in the recognition of welfare centers for the disabled. deaf and dumb associations. and sign language interpretation centers on the importance of the role of sign language interpreters.
