특수교육기관의 직업교육 실태 분석과 지원체제 구축 방안

A study on vocational education survey and support system of special education

본 연구는 우리 나라 장애학생의 직업교육 지원 여건 및 지원체제의 전반적인 실태 및 요구수준을 분석하여 특수교육기관의 직업교육 지원체제 구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 특수학교 및 특수학급을 담당하고 있는 교사들을 대상으로 현재의 직업 교육 지원 여건 및 지원체제에 대한 실태와 요구 조사를 실시하였고, 이를 토대로 특수교육기관의 직업교육 내실화를 위한 지원여건 확대 방안과 지원체제 구축방안의 논의를 하였으며, 논의 내용을 근거로 장애학생의 취업을 위한 직업교육기회 확충과 구체적인 실현을 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study are to colligate current data of vocational education support system for students with disabilities in Korea. and to offer policy makers basic data which can be used for preparing policy of special education institute for vocational education support system foundation of disabled students and for improving environments of schools and companies which are participated in vocational education and support system for students with disabilities. For these purposes. in this study. a vocational education and support system was suggested after exploring current trend of transition programs and related theories. And current vocational education situations were examined by investigating present program offered in special schools and special classes of regular schools. After then some suggestions were chosen. Finally. suggestions for expanding vocational education opportunities were presented according to the area of a plan for improving vocational education in school. support sytem, collaborative company support datum. the roles of other groups. and suggestions for policy makers.
