장애인의 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인연구 -서울지역 지체장애인을 중심으로-

The Study on the Factors Affecting Subjective Quality of Life of the Disabled Persons -the physically disabled persons in the Seoul area-

본 연구는 지체장애인의 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 규명해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지체장애인의 개인요인, 환경요인, 사회통합요인들을 독립변수로 투입하여 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 나이, 가족수입, 자신의 장애에 대한 인식, 사회적지지, 이동 및 접근환경이 주관적 삶의 질에 대해 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 지체장애인의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 정책 및 실천적 함의를 모색해 보았다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of the factors on the subjective quality of life for the physically disabled persons. The method of this study adopted was the multiple regression. The dependent variable were the subjective quality of life for the physically disabled persons and the independent variable were personal factors, environmental factors, social integration factors. The result showed that age, family income, the perception of disability severity, social support, physical environment(accessibility and mobility) were the statistically significant variables for the subjective quality of life. It also suggests that there are more possibilities to attain the improvement of the subjective quality of life for the physically disabled persons with the improvement of intervention and policy.
