정보기술은 전 세계적으로 급속히 확산되어가고 있다. 정보는 기업활동이나 개인생활에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소가 되었다. 인터넷과 정보통신 기술은 발전을 거듭하고 있고 e-Business라는 새로운 패러다임으로 전환되어 가고 있다. 따라서 장애인이 정보기술 교육을 통해 새로운 시대에 적응하기 위해 부단히 노력하고, 정부나 장애인 직업재활 단체가 경제적 지원을 아끼지 않는다면 장애인들이 전문인으로서 자립 생활을 영위활 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 e-Business 산업 환경을 조사 분석하고 e-Business와 연계하여 장애인 직업재활의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
Recently, information technology are rapidly diffused throughout the world. A new paradigm, e-Business is a product of the tremendous technological and economic changes driving the new economy. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with e-Business, many companies were suffering from lack of an IT expert. Therefore if the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by the IT education and vocational rehabilitation organization offers economic support, they can establish themselves as a expert. This study attempts to look into e-Business environment of Korea, and suggest elements of e-Business that can vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.
