The purpose of this study was to research factors affecting of job retention for the worker with disability and ultimately to suggest more effective ways of vocational rehabilitation services. The predictors affecting of job retention were classified with psychological factors, job-related factors, work environment factors and social factors. The results of study were as following: First, factors affecting of job retention for the worker with disability revealed that job-related factors and work environment factors were meaningful influence on the duration of job retention. Second, analyzed job retention factors with two groups revealed that overall the job retention group were more positively each job retention factors than the job non-retention group.
