Psychological and psychiatric disorders involving emotion, behavior, cognitive ability, and interpersonal skills-present a unique set of challenges for employees and employers, and for professionals who work in the field of vocational rehabilitation. Unlike physical disabilities, mental health, behavioral, and emotional problems are rarely visible. 1be criteria for defining them are complex, and their impact in the workplace can be difficult to understand. Nevertheless, such disorders are extremely common, and their effect on job performance can be profound. The purpose of this study to analyze the vocational impact factors of persons with schizophrenia. This paper describes a survey of psychiatric disorder who were employed in integrated setting. An exploratory factor analysis showed that fire factors (job-Competence, Interpersonal, Cognition, Conscientiousness & motivation, Concentrative & persistence) accounted for 70% of the total variance. Descriptive statistic of the factor-based scores indicated that the conscientiousness & motivation and cognition factors were perceived as the most important predictors by supervisor of employed persons with schizophrenia, Data analysis revealed significant group differences along the sexs or school career in job-competence and Conscientiousness & motivation. In conclusion, point to importance of considering five factor of vocational impact in promoting positive vocation outcomes. Further research on factors facilitating employment is need, specifically, research which has as its focuss not only on the individual and the restrictions the result form mental illness, but also on social factors and environment in the workforce, is recommended.
