A Study on Promotion of Employment People With Psychiatric Disabilities

The psychiatric rehabilitation professionals and the vocational rehabilitation professionals are studied to compare their concept, aim and methods on the rehabilitation program. The goal of this Study is to provide more efficient and improved service to the people with psychiatric disabilities through the rehabilitation program The suggestions of this study are as follows; First, co-operation between two groups is necessary. Second, The vocational rehabilitation program for the psychiatric rehabilitation should be encouraged to perform, and the way of employing the people with disabilities should be through competition. Finally, the organizations which are involved in Welfare for Disabled Persons Act, Promotion of Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons Act are required to have more active attitude to execute the suggestions mentioned above. Also, more work and training setting are required to be built and a remedy on the system such as realization to medicare and medicaid is necessary.
